Braemar Day Road/Parking Closures

2nd September 2025 for 1 week.

In order to permit the Blairgowrie Annual Funfair on the above section of roads a temporary traffic regulation order has been prepared.

It is to be effective from the 2nd September 2025 for a period of one week.

The order will temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving on the following roads:

•   Wellmeadow Car Park, Blairgowrie from its junction with Commercial Street (318033, 745187) to its junction with Back Brae (317991, 745058), a distance of 138.75 metres or thereby.
• Wellmeadow, Blairgowrie from its junction with the A93 Allan Street (317951, 745258) to its junction with the A923 Gas Brae (318041, 745231), for a distance of 94.86 metres or thereby.

The order will also temporarily prohibit parking and loading on (both sides) on the following roads;

•   Commercial Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with Wellmeadow (318018, 745202) to its junction with Terminus Street (318079, 745114), a distance of 108.38 metres or thereby.
• Back Brae, Blairgowrie from its junction with the A923 Coupar Angus Road (317979, 744884) to its junction with Terminus Street (317996, 745054), a distance of 174.81 metres or thereby
• Terminus Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with Back Brae (318019, 745073) to its junction with Commercial Street (318079, 745114), a distance of 73.90 metres or thereby.
• Tarnage Street, Blairgowrie from its junction with Wellmeadow (318043, 745230) to its junction with Welton Road (318087, 745211), a distance of 141.56 metres or thereby.

The alternative route for vehicles is via: LOCAL DIVERSIONS IN PLACE

Pedestrian & emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
