How to find this bench
Location: Enoch Du main street.
This bench is located on the A924 in Enoch Du at a junction with the Cateran Trial where it crosses the A924 and the road up to Dirnanean Garden. It's a big bench so easy to see.
Information about this bench
This very special arbour bench was created by Red Hackle Original. It is one of 3 arbour benches on the trail and is decorated with forget me nots and a lovely message.
A message from the BBW's
The reason Mags and i decided to join the walkathon and become the Blonde, Blairgowrie Women (BBW's) was to get people talking and to stop the stigma attached to suicide.
Mags was never lucky enough to meet Jordan but i was and knew what a wonderful, bright, intuitive young man he had grown up to be.
He was shy to start with but soon i gained his trust and we became good friends. I always got a hug, especially if i had Buddy with me!
There will always be questions left unanswered surrounding Jordan's death but we need to celebrate his life and make sure that everyone has someone that they can talk to.
I know that Jordan would be so proud of everything that Su and her family are doing and Mags and I are honoured to be part of it.
