Film showing on 24th May
Date: Friday 7 May
The Pitlochry Climate Cafe has arranged hire of the film 2040 for the day on the 24th. Here is the invitation from Carol Aitken and a link to the film.
Hi everyone,
2040 is the theme for the next Climate Conversation on Monday 24th May 7pm to 9pm.
"Now, more than ever, we need positive voices in the ecological crisis. Join us to see director Damon Gameau's 'exercise in fact-based dreaming', 2040. Using only the solutions that are available to us today Damon envisions a positive future for our children and planet."
The film runs for approximately 92 minutes leaving about 30 minutes for a conversation afterwards.
I am sending this to all our local Climate Cafe groups, and for those of you who cant make the evening event but would still like to see the film, we have also been given the opportunity to watch it at our convenience throughout the day on Monday 24th May as well.
All you need to do is sign up for the event on Eventbrite (link below) and you will be sent an email with the link(s) to the film and zoom that morning.
Hope to see you on the day if not please enjoy the film.
kind regards
Carol
