Weekly walk for Men.
Whether you attend the Main Group Night on a Tuesday or not, come along and join in on the walk around Blairgowrie.

All abilities catered for, so you don't need to be a serious walker to take part.

Don't need to book, just come along to the Victoria Hotel, Lower Mill Street, Blairgowrie, ahead of the start time.

Ideal opportunity to chat with some of the other men, and share any difficulties you have.

Children from 4 years are members and look forward to the next lesson as it is not only a learning curve for them, but a release from the 'day to day'.....we ensure that they have a great time. We also aim for our young members to learn respect at home and at school; earning credit when they do.

We appreciate the work and sometimes stress involved when working with Special Needs therefore as a club, we are determined to help with social inclusion and provide a positive and understanding training function for children and adults who may require additional help.....working with parents and carers we can follow their individual plan. 

The club has a NO BULLY policy and will constantly give children and adults positive feedback and encourage them at all costs. It is essential that children and adults alike maintain a good balance of fitness, therefore with our dedicated team we will strive to ensure all sporting activities are kept fun and healthy, other activities that we offer are  fitness, Martial Arts based fitness, party days and much more. 

Primarily as a Sport and Combat Sport organisation, we will host seminars with respected leaders in the field such as Senior Karate Instructor Arthur Clelland (Kokoro-Kai) and Relson Gracie/Rickson Gracie 2nd degree Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt John-Michael Q. Kaleikini (USA) who will offer a wide range of different skills to the students.
